Find a Dumping-expert advisor in your country.

Positioning products in foreign markets has been an aspiration for all companies throughout history. Some resort to dumping strategies, exporting their products at unusually attractive, low prices, often at a loss.
Although not considered crimes, these practices are discouraged by governments through the imposition of antidumping duties. Within the framework of the World Trade Organization (WTO), countries have agreed on how to proceed in such situations. However, each country applies this multilateral agreement in its own way.

There is a prior investigation of the affected national productive sector, a formal investigation request, a government procedure in which both importers and exporters participate, and a duty at the end of the process that drastically changes the cost equation for the importer (and the exporter’s ability to sell in the targeted foreign market).

If you are participating in an antidumping investigation, here you will find an advisor who can assist you.
